The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine adopted the Law "On Amendments to the Code on Administrative Infringements (re Boost of Actions aimed at fighting Poaching)

The Law enhances administrative liability for violation of legislation in the field of environmental protection, and improves public control over protection of the environment.

Thus, the Law grants extra authorities to the representatives of State nature-protection bodies and public nature-protection inspectors concerning drawing up of reports for different types of poaching.

A relevant Bill is registered under Reg. No3003.
